I bought a foreclosure property from an investor and he recommended Navid and his team to help me move it after the renovations took place. I was a little hesitant only b/c I know Navid moves a lot of bank owned and distressed property but wasn’t sure how he would handle a traditional listing and I thought his fees were a little high. He explained his plan on how to move the property and to have it done within 60 days or less. I was skeptical in this market but he sounded and looked confident and came highly recommended so I bit. We didn’t agree on the list price by $5k so I got him to budge and come up $2500. Wouldn’t you know it – within 12 days of putting it on the market we got an offer for what he wanted to list it for originally. Navid’s team is great!
